1.将金针菇清洗干净后控干水,切掉尾部。
2.大蒜去皮,切成末;香葱洗净,取适量葱叶切成葱花;朝天椒洗净,切成圈。
3.将盐、蚝油、生抽、绵白糖倒入小碗中,搅拌均匀成为料汁。
4.将金针菇摆放在盘中,表面撒上蒜末和朝天椒圈。
5.蒸锅中加水烧开,放入金针菇,大火蒸6~8分钟。
6.倒出盘子中的汁水,淋上料汁。
7.炒锅中倒入芝麻油,烧至七成热后淋在金针菇上。
8.最后撒上葱花即可。
* 爽口萝卜条
材料
白萝卜..........200克
