一体化Signa PET/MR扫描仪分为机架和检查床两部分(图1-1-1-1)。

一、控制面板
机架两侧的控制面板按钮相同,功能一致,便于操作者在任意一侧操作(图1-1-1-2)。控制面板按钮的具体功能介绍见表1-1-1-1。

二、数据显示器
数据显示器显示受检者基本信息(姓名、检查号、检查部位、体重、定位方向、定位线等)、扫描状态下的呼吸和心脏状态等生理指标信息(
显示心电门控波形、

显示外周门控波形)以及当前连接线圈的信息(线圈名称和连接端口)(图1-1-1-3)。

三、检查床
检查床最大承重为227kg,磁体线圈直径为70cm,PET探测器直径为60cm,MR最大扫描范围为205cm,PET最大扫描范围为188cm,PET探测器纵向范围为25cm。检查床后上方有紧急脱扣开关手柄(红色方框),出现紧急情况时拉动此手柄,可将检查床板从磁体中拉出(图1-1-1-4);检查床后下方有5个踏板(图1-1-1-5),进行检查床与底座(图1-1-1-6)的连接、分离、电子对接及检查床的升降等操作。检查床前后端、机架后方的床板末端有不同扫描线圈的连接端口(图1-1-1-7)。

四、线圈
根据检查部位选择相应线圈(图1-1-1-8)进行图像采集,其中19通道头颈联合线圈、8通道头部线圈、8通道乳腺线圈、16通道上体部线圈和16通道下体部线圈具有衰减校准的线圈模板,分离式头部线圈和柔线圈无衰减校准的线圈模板,使用无衰减校准线圈模板的线圈采集图像时,PET图像可能会出现伪影。

五、生理门控
为了减少运动伪影,保证图像质量,检查时可使用生理门控技术采集图像。心电门控有4个电极导出,导联线走向应与主磁场方向一致。由于心电门控易受射频脉冲和梯度场变化干扰,可使用外周门控(peripheral gating,PG)弥补心电门控的不足,外周门控夹在手指末端监测脉搏随心动周期的变化。呼吸门控利用呼吸风箱压力传感器探测受检者呼吸波触发扫描,从而减少呼吸运动伪影(图1-1-1-9)。

六、扫描控制台
一体化Signa PET/MR扫描控制台由显示器和键盘组成(图1-1-1-10),键盘包括显示器的启动扫描、移动检查床以及患者与操作员交流的控制按钮。控制按钮的具体功能介绍见表1-1-1-2。

七、放射源
为保证PET图像质量,需使用放射源 68Ge柱源完成PET日质控、周质控及均匀度校正。 68Ge球源和容积质量控制源(volumetric quality control,VQC)用于PET与MR容积配准校正(图1-1-1-11)。 68Ge的半衰期为270.8天,随着时间推移,放射性活度减低,建议每27个月更换一次放射源。

八、监测水模
为保证MR图像质量,需使用头部、体部球体模型测量图像信噪比,日常质量保证(daily quality assurance,DQA)模型校正扫描图像中心(图1-1-1-12)。
九、设备机柜室
设备机柜室放置MR射频机柜(power gradient RF cabinet,PGR)、PET机柜、传导板柜(penetration cabinet,PEN)、热交换柜(heat exchanger cabinet,HEC)、PET水冷机、氦压机和磁体监测器等。PGR提供系统射频梯度以及设备信号的发生和控制;PET机柜包含电源装置和重建计算机;传导板柜内包含其他辅助电源;热交换柜用于系统的风冷和水冷制冷;PET水冷机用于冷却PET探测器;氦压机通过氦气控制磁体压力;磁体监测器观察磁体压力和液氦液面(图1-1-1-13)。
