1　Scope

This Specification specifies the basic requirements with respect to the materials and equipment，construction，testing，monitoring，quality，safety，environment protection and acceptance for prestressing tendon application.

This Specification is applicable to the tendon construction for rock-earth mass reinforcement and posttensioned prestressing of concrete structures in hydropower and water resources projects.It may be served as a reference for tendon works for rock-earth mass reinforcement and post-tensioned prestressing of concrete structures in other applications.
