1鸭腿洗净,用叉子扎出小洞,放在盘子中;大葱洗净,切段;大蒜去皮洗净,切片。

2蒜香孜然腌料倒入装有鸭腿的盘子中,抓拌均匀,放入冰箱冷藏12小时。

4烤箱预热190℃,放入烤网,中层,烤30分钟;取出后刷一层蜂蜜,继续烤10分钟。
好吃贴士
无论是用烤箱还是空气炸锅烤制鸭腿,其间都要取出翻一次面,这样可以更好地烤出鸭腿的油脂。
使用空气炸锅的烤法:将腌好的鸭腿放入炸篮,空气炸锅热至200℃,烤20分钟,其间刷一次蜂蜜水;取出翻面,继续刷一层蜂蜜水,再烤10分钟即可。
