第48章 有木石心 具云水趣

A rock-firm will is indispensable in moral cultivation,so is a natural temperament in dedication to the country.

进德修道，要个木石[1]的念头，若一有欣羡，便趋欲境；济世经邦，要段云水[2]的趣味，若一有贪著，便堕危机。

[1]木石：喻坚定。

[2]云水：禅林称行脚僧为云水，以四海为家，有如行云流水。此处含飘逸洒脱之意。

进德修道要有木石般坚定的意志，稍有对名利的艳羡，就会陷入物欲缠身的境地。

济世经邦要有云水般洒脱的情怀，稍有对权势的贪恋，就会坠入危机四伏的深渊。
